Camp du Nord – Beeswax and Your Skin (9/24/22 at 10:00am)

Beeswax is a gift from our friendly bees and has been used for making candles and many products for the skin for a very long time. Depending on how much beeswax is used you can create very hard or smooth creamy consistencies. Using local MN beeswax Jaime will demonstrate how to make the wonderful moisture cream  and lip butters she uses for the herbal facials.

When making products there can be a time where you have to wait for things to ‘cure’ or set up. During this time we will explore and experiment with several types of plant oils to identify which ones work best for you and your skin. You’ll want to wear loose clothing that can be rolled up so you can apply the oils to your arms and legs.

You’ll have a jar of moisture cream and lip butter to take with you.

There is room for 20 individuals to enjoy this fun class!

Looking forward to seeing you soon!
