Energy gets stuck in the space we live as well as in our bodies. Clearing our physical space can help our physical and emotional and mental bodies as well. I will use traditional methods of sweetgrass, cedar and sage to help remove negative energy and bring in positive energy. Before a session begins you will need to fill out a questionnaire and get clear on the intention of the clearing. What is being released and what you hope to bring in. Doing a physical cleaning of the space is very helpful prior to an energetic space clearing.
