Herbs and Bitters Class// TEXT AREA ?>
This class was held in our first few months of opening, on September 2, 2017. A brief history of bitters was covered, followed by an overview of the tools and processes needed to make bitters. Aromatic ingredients that consisted of herbs, bark, roots and fruit were incorporated. Alcohol was used to extract the flavors and restorative properties of each botanical.
Everyone brought home their very own finished bottles of this much loved and unique tonic and enjoyed the opportunity to taste various bitters, select cocktails and learned how to incorporate them into their favorite beverages. Everyone had a great time and were very happy with their finished products.
